As such we are able to offer specific brokerage services in conjuction with our appraisal services, to clients who desire such. Our brokerage services include buyer/seller representation, faciliation of 1031 exchanges, and residential property management. We do not arrange mortgage loans. And to be clear to our real estate professional clients, we will never offer services to or accept employment from your clients beyond the appraisal realm.
